Our Programs

We provide an evidence-based, customized program that includes brain science, a foundation of social skills linked to mindfulness, guided kindness-gratitude practices, experiential lessons, and practical skills for the stressors that people face in varied real-life situations.

Research supports that benefits of mindfulness which include: self-regulation, anxiety and stress reduction, increased attentiveness, awareness, resilience, greater focus and academic success.

Just as we can learn to play the piano or do other things through practice, we can cultivate well-being and happiness. The research and work of Richard Davidson, a world-renowned neuroscientist and his colleagues at the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin-Madison have shown the impact and benefits of mindfulness practices. Davidson's work supports that the brain keeps changing over its entire lifespan. Further they found you can train your brain to change, the change is measurable, and new ways of thinking can change your brain for the better.
